PONS METHOD LEVEL 4 — METHODOLOGY — ADVANCED
The Advanced level is designed for professionals who want to move from applying methodological principles to designing, implementing and governing a complete methodological system. Its purpose is to create a methodology that can be transferred across teams, age groups, departments and professionals without losing coherence. The methodology must remain functional even when coaches, players, staff members or organisational circumstances change.Throughout the programme, participants learn how to build a clear methodological architecture based on principles, decision hierarchies, shared language, responsibilities, evaluation criteria and continuous improvement processes.A major focus of the Advanced level is system design. Participants learn how to connect the game model, training methodology, player development, staff processes and performance criteria within one common framework. The objective is to ensure that every area works with its own specificity while remaining connected to the same overall structure. The programme also develops the ability to define decision rights and methodological interfaces between departments. Participants learn how information moves through the organisation, where decisions are made and how different professional areas contribute without creating fragmentation or duplication.Another key area is methodological continuity. Participants learn how to preserve core principles while adapting implementation to different categories, competitive levels and contexts. This makes the methodology scalable and transferable rather than dependent on one coach or one team. The Advanced level also introduces methodological auditing and quality control. Participants learn how to identify inconsistencies, detect methodological drift, evaluate whether principles are being applied correctly and establish feedback cycles that support continuous improvement. The programme develops the capacity to design implementation roadmaps, define standards and create practical mechanisms that help professionals understand not only what the methodology is, but how it should operate every day.The final objective of Level 4 Advanced is to develop professionals capable of architecting a complete methodological operating system: a structure that connects football, people, departments, decisions and learning while remaining coherent, adaptable, measurable and sustainable over time.
